1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
In the same condition as received.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements.
Grooming items, such as brushes, shampoos, and trimmers, once opened.
Customized or personalized products.
Clearance or sale items.
3. Return Process

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
