Directions
Dilute up to 50:1. Pre-wet coat. Apply directly to the coat. Work into a lather, massaging gently for a rich, luxurious lather. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired. Follow with the corresponding Chris Christensen Systems SmartRinse grooming conditioner and SmartScent grooming cologne.
Common Sense Caution
Avoid getting in eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water. For external use only.

Once a shampoo bottle is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded if it has been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Eligible Return Cases
You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
Damaged Product– If the shampoo bottle is received in a leaked, broken, or damaged condition.
Missing Items – If any item from your shampoo order is missing.
Incorrect Item Delivered – If you receive a shampoo that is different from what you ordered.
3. Return Request Process

* Share photos/videos of the damaged, missing, or incorrect product(s).
* Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
4. Resolution
* If approved, you will need to return the product in its original packaging
