Directions
Apply freely to ear canal, gently massage the ears at the base for proper distribution of the cleaning solution. Clean any remaining debris from the inside of the ear with a cotton ball or soft cloth. For extremely dirty ears, repeat.

Avoid getting in eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water.

Damaged Product– If the shampoo bottle is received in a leaked, broken, or damaged condition.
Missing Items – If any item from your shampoo order is missing.

3. Return Request Process

* Share photos/videos of the damaged, missing, or incorrect product(s).
* Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
4. Resolution
* If approved, you will need to return the product in its original packaging
* Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
