1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return for pet wire cages under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or broken.
You received a wrong product, different size, or different model.
The product must be returned in unused condition with all original parts, labels, packaging, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
A return will not be accepted in the following cases:
The cage has been used, assembled, or installed.
Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse after delivery.
The product is returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
The customer changes their mind after the product has been opened or assembled.
3. Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Customers must share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.
4. Return Process
Once the return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location or guide you on the return shipping process.
The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
5. Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, wallet, etc.).
If the product is found used, damaged, or incomplete, the refund may be partially reduced or rejected.
6. Replacement Option
If stock is available, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and verified.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; the return policy will apply.
