Our Puppy Shampoo is formulated with cornflower and aloe to gently cleanse and protect your puppy’s delicate skin. Plant based cleansers make Wahl’s Puppy Shampoo the choice for owners who want to avoid harsh chemicals for you and your puppy. Unlike other shampoos, Wahl does not use harsh detergents or ingredients no approved for human use.
Our Shampoo is PEG-80 Free, Alcohol Free, and Paraben Free.
Directions for Use: Saturate your pup’s coat with warm water. Because our shampoo is a concentrate, apply a small amount to your puppy’s coat. Work shampoo into a foamy lather from head to tail. Rinse coat thoroughly and towel dry. Gently brush coat.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. No Returns for Opened/Used Products
Once a shampoo bottle is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded if it has been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Eligible Return Cases
You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
Damaged Product– If the shampoo bottle is received in a leaked, broken, or damaged condition.
Missing Items – If any item from your shampoo order is missing.
Incorrect Item Delivered – If you receive a shampoo that is different from what you ordered.
3. Return Request Process
* Notify us within 24 hours of delivery through email/WhatsApp/customer support.
* Share photos/videos of the damaged, missing, or incorrect product(s).
* Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
4. Resolution
* If approved, you will need to return the product in its original packaging
* Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
* In case of missing or incorrect items, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
