These very high ultrasonic frequencies waves are completely harmless and imperceptible to humans and pets. Tickless Pet is an electronic device that works on lithium-ion battery with a service life of 12 months. That also means, it does not release any foul odour or use any hazardous chemical substance. The Tickless Pet has an operating range of about 1.5 meters and is also IP13 certified water resistant which, means it won’t be damaged by water droplets.

  Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  In the same condition as received.

  Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
  For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements.

  Grooming items, such as brushes, shampoos, and trimmers, once opened.

  Customized or personalized products.

  Clearance or sale items.

  3. Return Process

  4. Refunds

  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video proof.
  We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  6. Cancellations
  Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
