Dog Dental Hygiene Kit

Trixie's dog dental care kit provides everything which you need for your dog's dental hygiene. Regular brushing of your dog's teeth with toothpaste will help prevent the build-up of tartar. It improves dental hygiene and keeps breath clean and fresh.

Each kit includes 1 toothpaste with mint (100gm), 1 finger toothbrush, 1 finger massage brush, 1 twosided toothbrush with two different brush heads.

  1. Return Eligibility
  Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  In the same condition as received.

  Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
  For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements.

  Grooming items, such as brushes, shampoos, and trimmers, once opened.

  Customized or personalized products.

  Clearance or sale items.

  3. Return Process

  2. Pack the product securely, include your original invoice/order number .

  Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return shipping details.

  The product must be shipped back to us within 3-4 working days after approval.

  4. Refunds
  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video proof.
  We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  6. Cancellations
  Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
