This gentle shampoo contains sweet orange oil, which has long been recognized as an effective deodorizer, degreaser, and fur stain remover. It is also reputed to help calm and relieve common skin and itching problems associated with flea bites. In addition to thoroughly cleaning your "dirty dog", this shampoo will bring out the sheen and natural highlights in their coat. Will not wash off topical flea applications. Safe for all animals over 6 weeks.
Instructions for use:
Shake well before using to ensure that natural ingredients are in suspension. On a wet coat, lather your pet thoroughly with a few good palm-fulls of Earthbath Natural Pet Shampoo. Eliminate all escape routes well in advance--a sudsy pet can be wily! Rinse off. Towel dry thoroughly with a big hug. For extra sheen, luxurious conditioning and detangling, and manageability, use in conjunction with Earthbath Coat Detangler & Conditioner. May be diluted 10 parts water to one part shampoo and conditioner if desired. Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes, both your own and your pet's. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed (by humans), contact a physician.

Once a shampoo bottle is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded if it has been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
Damaged Product– If the shampoo bottle is received in a leaked, broken, or damaged condition.
Missing Items – If any item from your shampoo order is missing.
Incorrect Item Delivered – If you receive a shampoo that is different from what you ordered.
3. Return Request Process

* Share photos/videos of the damaged, missing, or incorrect product(s).
* Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
4. Resolution
* If approved, you will need to return the product in its original packaging
* Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
