Thoroughly wet your dog all over. If you prefer more lather, Mix 1 portion of shampoo to 10 portions of water and apply onto skin. Massage skin deep working your way from back to tail to head. Wash your dog with water until there is no shampoo left on the body.

1. No Returns for Opened/Used Products
Once a shampoo bottle is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded if it has been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Eligible Return Cases
You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
Damaged Product– If the shampoo bottle is received in a leaked, broken, or damaged condition.
Missing Items – If any item from your shampoo order is missing.
