RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. No Returns for Opened/Used Products
Once a shampoo bottle is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded if it has been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Eligible Return Cases
You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
Damaged Product– If the shampoo bottle is received in a leaked, broken, or damaged condition.
Missing Items – If any item from your shampoo order is missing.
Incorrect Item Delivered – If you receive a shampoo that is different from what you ordered.
3. Return Request Process
* Notify us within 24 hours of delivery through email/WhatsApp/customer support.
* Share photos/videos of the damaged, missing, or incorrect product(s).
* Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
4. Resolution
* If approved, you will need to return the product in its original packaging
* Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
