Directions
Wet coat. Apply directly to the coat and work into a lather, massaging gently. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired. Finish with Chris Christensen Diamond Series Miracle Moisture Conditioner.

1. No Returns for Opened/Used Products
Once a shampoo bottle is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded if it has been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged Product– If the shampoo bottle is received in a leaked, broken, or damaged condition.
Missing Items – If any item from your shampoo order is missing.

3. Return Request Process

* Share photos/videos of the damaged, missing, or incorrect product(s).

4. Resolution
* If approved, you will need to return the product in its original packaging
