Meet the Beco Family! At Beco Pets we strive to create products that are better for the environment and therefore all the animals that rely on a healthy planet. To honour this, when anyone starts work at Beco Pets they get given an animal character and they officially join the Beco Family!

People have told us how much they love our characters so we’ve decided to bring them to life and turned some of them into pet toys! Each character is stuffed with fibres made from recycled plastic bottles, which makes them extra soft as well as eco-friendly.

Whether your dog enjoys a toy to wrestle with or cuddle up to, our Beco Family of plush toys offers the best of both worlds! Every toy has an irresistible squeaker inside, and it’s covers are double cross stitched making them especially durable.

  1. Return Eligibility
  Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  In the same condition as received.

  Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
  For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements.

  Grooming items, such as brushes, shampoos, and trimmers, once opened.

  Customized or personalized products.

  Clearance or sale items.

  3. Return Process

  2. Pack the product securely, include your original invoice/order number .

  Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return shipping details.

  The product must be shipped back to us within 3-4 working days after approval.

  4. Refunds
  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video proof.
  We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  6. Cancellations
  Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
