Shipping and Delivery

• Where Do We Deliver?
  The shipping policy of ROMS N RAKS is formulated keeping in mind the ease and comfort of our customer in India. We deliver to all cities and towns in India where major courier services has access to. There are certain areas which are little backward and those areas might not have door delivery possible , which will be intimated by the concerned courier service partner. In Kerala and Bangalore, We deliver within 24 hours. 
• Shipping In India
  We offer free shipping for goods to be delivered within India for orders whose total value is above Rs.500. Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. Its 50 standard Delivery charge if the goods value is less than Rs 500
• Transit Time
  We ship all orders through fastest possible and are normally delivered in very less time. We send the shipment through reputed courier services like DTDC, Delhivery and DHL who deliver within 4-7 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location.
  These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
  Cancellation can be initiated only if the pack in sealed condition.Return should be initiated within 5 days post delivery
• Transit & Charges
  We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched.
  The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available.
